Current Project
One project, one company, one purpose. Cornerstone is developing twenty single-family homes on Florida's Space Coast, across five floor plans designed for how people actually live here. Every home is built to the same standard, documented at every phase, and delivered by us.
The Homes
How It Works
You receive the registration file from Cornerstone Residential LLC, complete it and submit your documents for review by our credit and legal departments.
Once your registration is approved, you receive the agreement to be executed with Cornerstone Residential LLC.
The project company is formed and its bank account opened at JPMorgan Chase Bank, so every contribution has a single, traceable destination.
Contributions are transferred directly to the project company. From that point you are a member of it, and the project moves to land, permits and construction.
